Working Panama Canal for AI ship traffic

Looking for a working Panama Canal/scenery for AI ship traffic with animated locks. Does anything like that exist?

Nothing to my knowledge exists.

I figure that a generally more detailed add-on of this area is perfectly possible, but actual working locks and ship traffic? Forget it.
