Thanks Ferry, these are very interesting pictures. Especially the colored German pictures. I have seen a couple of colored German pictures before, but never this many. It was before your time, but I remember even though I was 5 when the war ended.

Difficult not to get political about this, but I find it hard to understand those times.
Perhaps LIFE should be resurrected for a look at our own times...

Yes & I strongly suspect that due to their size & quality, they were scanned from the negatives....
