Perhaps yes, but better to use Active Sky 2012 (with his textures, You can upgrade it with less money) + Active Sky Next if You like HiFi products.
 
XGraphics its a very old programm, from 2007 (i was the user too). Till now HiFi did many updates and new programms for textures and real weather. Im sure it can work with Evolution, but maybe its a good idea to upgrade to something new with more better features. You can download free trial from HiFi website.
