I was flipping thru the experimental aircraft search and I came across the Yak-15...............

Apologize to Morton.................looked like a Mig to Yak ...........I thought the Mig-3 thread may be a good place to talk about the jet conversion.......................but looks like a pure Yak...............

Been discussed I am sure....................but I thought it might be of interest.........

Here are some of screen shots ....................

Looks like a Me 262 or Arado AR234 engine on the front of a converted Yak-9

So..........if you like to fiddle.........and have a Me 262 model and a Yak -9 model...................

It would be an easy build

Actually, the Yak-15 was based off of the Yak-3. One of the early designations of the Yak-15 was Yak-3-Jumo. You are correct about the engine, it is an RD-10 (Soviet copy of the Jumo 004). A Yak-15 would definitely be a cool addition to CFS2.
