As promised here are some new shots of the FSD/Milviz YF-23 over the deserts in Nevada and Arizona. Also there is a new aircraft on display that flew in undetected by radar on the Milviz forums http://www.milviz.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 .

Is a shot from the nose just showing off the overall shape of the aircraft.

Can see the intricate tile work on the engine exhaust, as well as the various flight control surfaces working.

Doing some canyon flying here. The aircraft is an extremely stable platform with predictable characteristics.

A shot of the instrument panel.

A shot of putting the aircraft into a stall. Is very handy to have the automatic slats and flaps. No input from the pilot is required. As airspeed bleeds off or increases the aircraft adjusts them accordingly. Freeing you up to do other tasks. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to look at these, and the team looks forward to all the comments.

It looks pretty good and I will most likely be buying it. I am loving how Milviz has been doing these modern fighters that no one else seems to want to do. Oh man I can't wait for that F-22.

man oh man....my credit card is burning a hole in my pocket for this one. Hope it's soon! Great job!!

After looking at many of the pic's for the various planes in the works, I'd have to say the overall impression is that of extreme quality.

Think we could get some better screen shots? Possible some with AA turned on?

From the looks of it, it's almost the same as the 2003 payware shown below:

WOW! What awesome specular effects in those pics!!!
Sadly, I guess you are seriously comparing that to the op's pics.
Not even close from where I sit.

Looks different to me. But then again, why would two planes modeled to match the real world planes not appear as a quite similar model in a flight sim?

Freeware? If it does go to market at the planned price, it will be pretty affordable compared to some other developers.

Ah ok. Great shots. Think we could get some static shots? Some more VC shots? Looks great Tigisfat

There will be much more heard about this aircraft in time. I'll drum up some VC shots. I must stress that this aircraft is not done though. There are things still being worked.

"Picture removed for space!"

If you get close to this one, you will see that the texture resolution (and the models for that matter) aren't even close to the FSD/Milviz models. As well, the VC is completely different and, higher quality as well.

kc.

What is amazing is to watch all the control surfaces doing their stuff from an external view. A very interesting aircraft and in a performance league of it's own!

Cheers: Tom
