HELP - Suprunov Design (SD) Yak-40 - English crew voices

I have recently purchased this aircraft (even though it is now freeware) and have read that a sound pack allowing for English rather than Russian crew call-outs was produced by a Jeffrey Moss.

The original product website and support forum seems to have long since disappeared following the death of the developer. All my attempts to locate the English sound pack have failed so far.

I was wondering if anyone here might know where to find a copy or be able to send me a copy that they downloaded when it was readily available?
