I had parked up after a short flight and knowing that it is winter I was running the oil dilution prior to shutting down the engine. If you are going to be starting your P-47 from a saved flight in cold weather running the oil dilution for a few minutes makes the subsequent startup so much easier. I guess you all knew that already from reading the manual... no just jumping in and flying it without reading the manual here i bet
