Looks more like a windows error than a fs9 error
Are you trying to run it in 64 bit rather than 32 bit possibly?

Had a windows update recently maybe? Try resetting the compatibility ?

Hi Thanks for the suggestions

Problem solved!
It was caused by an effects file. I was trying to learn more about effects and by mistake i modified a fx file by accident without realizing i did.
I guess i had a short between my headsets.

I googled the error code and that was one of the suggestions.

Indeed this is an effects error that show when the range parameters are not ascending. People typically leave out a minus sign, or fail to make negative values less negative in the second parameter.
