A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FS 2004 Military - Jets

Description: Previously a Payware model V1.2 then released by Virtavia as Freeware. Tested in FSX/Accel. This is an FS9 model made to be compatible with FSX. "Not a Native FSX model". My contribution has been to enhance the Virtual Cockpit textures. Enjoy!

Now, all we need is the sniper pod. :applause:

Meanwhile, just an update. This topic should be in the FSX forums, FS9 can not handle DDS textures.

It's been a long time since I had FS9 installed. I'll remake the textures as bitmaps and do a separate update just to replace the textures. Thanks!!

You are, as ever, a gentleman and a scholar.

I've swapped out the default sounds for a Christoffer Petersen "Real Deal" version, always my preference. Available at Flightsim, if Cloudflare let you get on the site.

Thanks for the info Andy, I've got the new sounds as well now.

Believe me, its enough. :ernaehrung004:
These are really nice textures, I hope Frank Safranek drops by and checks them out.
I think he would approve. :wiggle:

I pulled them down earlier and they are a nice improvement. Thank you for doing them.
You could also paint the seat covers dark gray if you like instead of red. They were red in
the four prototypes/test models but darker in the production models. And for some reason
I gave the pilot texture a white helmet back then. It should have been the standard gray.

Here's an image from 2006. It was Mitch and myself flying in formation in a pair of early SAC camo Bones.
We used to have group fly-ins based around the latest Alphasim release. I always had difficulty keeping up.
I was a better painter than flyer I guess.
