A very nice model of the RS14 by Massimo Taccoli.
Massimo also modeled the prototype.
The RS 14 prototype at Idroscala di Orbetello, a coastal lagoon seaplane base about 75miles NW of Rome.

LiLski is still active, though he's now making race tracks for a sim called Assetto Corsa. His Road America track is as full of details as is that Eagle.

Thanks for showing this interesting plane. What kin of Ortobello scenery are you using? Up to now I didn't found a satisfying one.

Funny to hear he made the switch to race tracks. I had a look at YouTube, where there are several movies which show the great details he added to Road America. Really impressive!
I still like to fly the aircraft he left us for FS9 like this one.....

Hello Bernard, the scenery zip file name is "gr20_orbetello.zip" which I found at the old Flightsim site.
At the new Flightsim, search "Idroscalo Airfield" and it should show up to download.
The scenery was made by Antonio Guarnera and was designed to work with Ultimate Terrain Europe
which I don't have. I remember having to make some adjustments to level the lagoon.

Huub, I was goofing around with that Eagle last month and added the chrome spinner and a US reg. on the tail.
I hate to quote myself
but if anyone wants some alternate textures for the red white and blue Eagle, just drop a PM on me with your email addy. 
There were a couple of textures I modified and you can swap some or all of them into the folder depending on what you want.
Basic mods- Chrome spinner, US registration (N75CE) on the tail, new (much cooler) hat for the pilot
and Sabelt style red shoulder harness.I also have the red harness and an alma mater ball cap (U. Maine) for the guy in the front seat. Both pilots also get classic David Clarke head sets with olive/pea green ear covers.
I could upload the zip file but I don't think the interest will be that great.

Enjoying getting back into this sim. No other addons yet, but planes. I had to start with the one plane that got me interested in getting into flight sim to begin with. It was early 2003 when I started seeing screenshots online of this aircraft in FS2002 (at the time I was doing research into the B-25, unrelated to FS), and then I started seeing previews for the then up and coming FS2004: A Century of Flight, which got my interest piqued. After picking up the sim on the day of release (I'll always remember, July 29, 2003), the MAAM B-25 became the first addon I purchased for it as soon as it became available for the new sim. Waiting the two or three weeks for the CD to arrive in the mail was excruciating! Here are some screenshots freshly taken today. Crazy to see frame rates in this sim as high as 100 and greater - 20 years ago, I was lucky to see frame rates in the teens.
