iniBuilds T-33 FS20 paints for FS24?

Is it correct that repaints that were done for the MSFS2020 version of the T-33 can't be transferred over to the MSFS2024 version?
I've uninstalled MSFS2020.
 
The main problem is that the MSFS 2024 T-33 lacks all the decals. These decals were added to alleviate the mirrored textures. So all of us painters used them extensively. And the liveries do not look good at all without them. I have no idea why iniBuilds forgot about them and why it is taking them so long to fix the problem.

Here is one of my converted liveries in 2024. As you can see, some details are missing and the canopy has an issue too

Agreed. I really like the T-33, and some of the FS20 version repaints are simply outstanding. Such a shame that they're not usable in the FS24 model.

Well, as Tim-HH mentioned, I think the repainters do have a point about the T-33 in regards to the decal issue. The fact that iniBuilds went a different way with the FS24 model would be frustrating to me if I had any skill at repainting. Having said that, I've never attempted to do a repaint, so I really don't know what I'm talking about. :rolleyes:

Maybe...perhaps we're just both irritated that it is STILL winter in Colorado...(although today was nice out).

I asked about the paintkit and fixes in the official forum. The rep honestly said the team's been buried in A350. Which, alas, is likely magnitudes more money for them than the T-33, alas, because a large portion of the community misses the fun of flying historic planes and instead for some strange reason enjoys programming systems in tubeliners. I wish the fun planes like the T-33 did well enough to be a priority, but in the end, they're a business. As long as they get to us eventually... It's a shame, though, because there are some amazing paints for the FS20 version I can't wait to see in '24, where the plane flies better.

@Tim-HH, I'd mention that about the missing decals on the official forum. Who knows if the folks handing out the bug/fixes tasks are even aware...
 
Hi,

Yes it is, deleted the 24 model and used the 20 model and skins which appear to work with no issues since the update.

As you can see also get the co-pilot to show.
