Stuff you couldn't (shouldn't/wouldn't) do in a regular helicopter. Is it still called an "aileron roll" if you don't have any ailerons?

Well, when I was young (the birds still talked), I saw a Dutch Bo-105 perform a loop at a smaller air meet in Belgium, in Braschaat to be precise. It was the first time we saw the Bo perform, and all of us were in awe. It was before I entered the Royal Military School, so somewhere early 80ies.

I've only ever seen video. I would love to have seen it live. What an incredible machine.

Still in service I think. And if I'm not mistaking, the EC-135 and EC-145 have the same capabilities
Yeah, but I live in Utah, USA. Those are pretty rare around these parts (especially doing aerobatics). Maybe I'll see it/them travelling one day. (y)

Nice to have Airshow Assistant working again! Now I just need someone to do a Blue Angels paint for the 2024 Redwing Connie...

Glad to see that Skyhawk leading the pack. The first time I saw the Blue Angels perform, they were flying the A-4s. It was all I could talk about for weeks. My dad bought me a 1/72 scale model kit of the six jets flying in formation just to shut me up. I'd love to see a performance with the six-plane combo you've pictured.

Early morning flight from KPVU (my home airport) to KLXV (North America's highest public airport at 9,934 ft). Early morning to avoid the high density altitudes of mid-day. Unfortunately, even with the nice scenery by RMStudios, the sim doesn't give me the "Certificate of Navigation" you get from landing there IRL.

Rob...

I feel like a kid again looking at your latest creation. It reminds me of waiting for the paint to dry on the Airfix models of Tempests, Typhoons, etc... We're waiting for your paint to dry, then we can fly them good sir. Nice job.. The anticipation is palpable.

Thank you for your encouragement but the paint is still very sticky on my Typhoon!
working on the virtual cockpit and finding accurate information on early models hard to come by.

From my home airport KBHM (Fly2High MSFS 2024) to KMDW MSFS 2020 Version (ORBX) in the Black Square Bonanza.
I did a direct copy & paste from 2020 --->>> 2024. I READ ON AVSIM FORUM ABOUT RUNNING THE JSON FILE THROUGH MSFS LAYOUT GENERATOR (DRAG AND DROP) IT WORKED.

Following my flight plan to the SAVEE approach, trying to get down to 3000 (I thought they fixed those lines on the water?)

I'm not a real-world pilot. I shouldn't be up here!

I'm at 3000 tracking for RUGGO (below)
I got a little scared and jumped over in the co-pilot seat for a better view.
Are you kidding me? Do they really want me at 3000

I just barely cleared the top of it! (below)

It did not go well. I was way too high over 22R. I just circled around and did my best at landing (below)

I voluntarily surrendered my virtual pilot's license (below)
