Thanks Cessna for killing further FSX development

So, I dont think Cessna can go after a person who models a plane that has been out of production for 10 years. Copyright and Patents are both out of date then.

The copyright laws vary from country to country but here in the UK a design is copyrighted to the designer/designer's heirs for life plus 70 years I believe. That may be different for a company's design though.

I recently got a letter from a European aircraft maker asking if I plane on updating a previous release of one of thier planes. They were using my FS9 version already, and wish to have a FSX version. I'm gonna do it after I finish a couple of products.

Was that company swiss per chance? :d
