P-51D "Big Beautiful Doll" already done?

Hi, folks!

Is there already a repaint of the P-51D "Big Beautiful Doll", done on the WoP Mustang out there?

I shot this pic on the last year's ILA (Berlin Air Show):

For personal purposes, I already did it on Wozza's magnificient Mustang:

but now, I'd like to roll the A2A/WoP version into the paint shack...

Bomber_12th's paint kit is amazing, so I'd love to give it a try.

Done before?

I have "Big Beautiful Doll" as one of the default textures that came with the WOP package. It's texture.2 in the D model and the extended range.

Of course, that doesn't mean you can't add your artistry to the mix.

The texture mapping is the same?
That means that the dds just have to be converted and flipped?

I recently purchased the "solo" pack from the A2A sale - with just one texture and one model (no "long range" or "combat" versions included).

Well - it seems like we don't need one more Big beautiful Doll...

I surrender!

This is Headwinds awesome FSX Doll, wrapped around the FS9 model.
The mapping is the same, the DDS textures indeed just have to be flipped, resized and converted. Couldn't have done any better...

Thanks m8...I almost like the color scheme better actually..lol

I did the Checkerboard doll for the WOPII P-51 a couple of years ago and it was posted at the now defunct ScreenshotArt.com....Guess I might have to ressurect it and post it here if you guys really want another BBD paint. :ernae:
