I'm contemplating getting the FS Repaint V2 program from Abacus.........
any comments..??
It doesn't say if I can upload the finished product, so I'm a little hesitant.
Thanks,
LD

I use it in WIN XP always, for quick 'n dirty paints and where you need to line up cheat lines, say.
Very easy because you see the 3D model and can zoom and rotate it.

There was a trial version which did not allow saves, but gave you a good idea of what it was about.

Essentially no support, as Cees says, and there are some texture formats which will not load.

Hi there,

I have it, running under XP. All my repaints have been made with Abacus' FS Repaint, except those for Abacus' L-749 Constellation. I asked them about it and they merely answered that FS Repaint and their Constellation won't go together. (wow, that was smart!...)

Cheers,
Maarten

I've got it. Doesn't run under vista! Customer service is lousy. Need more info?

Should be easy fixed Cees. Right click on the .exe file then go to 'Properties/Compatability" There you will see a drop down menu. Click on that then choose run as Windows XP SP2. Should work fine then mate.

Works well for me and I am running Windows 7 RC.

Cheers
Pat

I use the abacus program almost exclusively. And I use vista, with no problems. Perhaps you need to disable aero in vista.
