Apparently one has been built; you can see it in the photo you've linked too.... Or do you mean for Fs? ;) I'm quite sure no Fs models exist, probably due to lack on interior information.

Looks like a typical odd Russian design, but yet the nose reminds me of the German Henschel 129! The engines are in an odd position for a ground attack aircraft IMHO, and the gunner station in the back seems a bit odd for an aircraft last displayed in 1992..

That IL-102 looks like a strange breed. A little bit IL-28 Beagle, a little bit Me-262, a bit Su-25 and a little bit Grumman Avenger. I don't think it would've been good for much of anything. It clearly was too small to have any range, I don't think it would have been much good at close air support and that rear cockpit makes me think it was so slow they added a rear gunner to keep people off it's tail.
