That's an old fictional I still have on my books, as it were.

Well my "Alea Jacta" will wait until I come back from where I am going. Painting is off for a while.

 
A few weeks needed (even if not earned or deserved) holiday. Monday seems like a good day.

As for the trend - yes, I was about to start a "Great War Memorial" series for the Eagle - even if they were only loose looklikes. After all - how many Tiger Moths have pretended to be Fokkers in various films? I thought a flight of Eagles depicting various WWI paints would look the biz...

I'm working on an AEK Athens themed one :jump: following that, Olympiakkos, Panathanaikos... and maybe Apoel Nicosia :jump: (of them i'm an AEK Fan) :ernae:
