For the hardcore P-51 fans....

I believe you will also find a spectacular multi-lod Ai DC-3 (also one of Jake Burrus' models) on Ray's site as well....they are true Ai, developed from the ground up for best ai performace and frames....and they look fantastic as well. You could have 60 of them on the ramp (or grass) with no hit to the frames!

Jake's models are excellent AI designed planes. And he is one of the few MAIW modelers who is doing older, retired aircraft. :applause::medals:

Agreed, Don; I myself am definitely more a fan of the newer stuff, but since I also enjoy the warbirds it is definitely nice to have true ai models to populate the skies in fs....:ernae:

Yes, the warbirds as AI would really be great, I can think of lots of airshows where they could be used.

As a Vietnam era USAF vet, seeing some of those birds flying again is what I'm looking for. Fernando's and Nick's F-4 series flies a lot in my "Silverwings" FS9 load.

Oh, and Nick's awesome F-14s also!

I just wish I could paint!! :banghead:

Wow thanks for the pointer to this great site!
An AI DC-3 too - I'll be painting a little I can see.

I'd love to install the PC-6 also, but the links at www.edaviation.com elude me.
Any ideas about where to go for this model?

Wing_Z....pm me your email....i can send it to you; the links are a PITA sometimes...

....or just follow dogknot's link...that is the direct one...thanks, Brent!

Yeah!
OT: Ray have you considered perhaps knocking off a half dozen or so of the NZ Harvard warbirds?

hi wing z

i will keep those in mind but at the moment i have more than enough to keep me going. plus 4 new models to work on......ooops i never said that.

lol...there never seems to be a shortage of new stuff coming out of your paintbooth, Ray....keep us all informed (the best you can) :ernae:

Would anyone happen to know if these models will work in FSX? I have a friend who is Mustang crazy, but only flies FSX, would be nice to make up an AI package for him if they work in FSX.....

Thanks
