"The enemy has been defeated, death couldn't hold you down!" :salute::engel016::wavey:

Are they talking about who killed Jesus, as in, they were defeated because they failed to actually kill him?

Actually if you want to get technical about it ... Nisan 13 & 14 offically, (by the Jewish calander this year,) Fell on March 30th and 31st. So the passover was eaten then in the light of a full moon. At Midnight, the 14th started, J.C. was impaled and died by 3:30 PM on the 14th. He was buried before sundown of the 14th (March 31st.)

Remaining in the grave for parts of 3 days, he was resurrected Nisan 16-17, or April 2nd by our calender this year.
Thing being ...

He's been alive ever since then, Nisan 16-17 of 33 C.E. :wavey:

I remember reading an article years ago, in fact I still have it tucked away somewhere, faded and yellow, out of our newspaper. It was written as an opinion column that stated, "We are the lucky ones, because it has ALWAYS been AFTER Easter for us.", indicating that the gift of everlasting life has always been there in our time. Amen.

Thanks for starting the thread, Ken. Excellent subject!

Thanks for sharing that, cheezy! :applause:

I had forgotten I was fortunate enough to see them perform live between bands setting up at a concert here last year.
I really remember that one skit, the actors were so physically into the performance, people were worried they were getting hurt. :icon_lol:
