FB VI LR366 / SY-L of No 613 Sqn, No 138 Wing, 2nd TAF, Lasham
This was one of the last pair of planes in on the 11 Apr 1944 raid against the Dutch Central Population Registry housed in Kunstzall Kleizkamp Art Gallery close to the Peace Palace. Flt Lt Victor Albert Hester RAFVR (112695), and F/O Raymond Birkett RAFVR (88517) attacked with incendiaries and delayed-action high-explosives and then returned to Swanton Morley, in Norfolk.

FP 492nd BG 09-05-44 Crapetbagger OG Team Chistopher Mission by 'rbp71854'
The OG Christopher teams were assigned to harass or destroy remnants of enemy escaping from Southwest France north and east to the Belfort Gap into Germany.Ten Liberators took Group "Christopher" plus Jedburgh team "Desmond" totalling 57 officers and men and dropped them between 2315 and 0130 in Poitiers area. Good Maquis reception. Taxi to the runway behind the "follow me truck".Drop your agents and supply containers from an altitude of appropximately 600ft. Abort the mission if enemy activity is in the area.
Debriefing Part I by Led Zeppelin :
1) Warming up engines while the 'follow me Jeep' is waiting for the B24.
2) Take off!
3) Approaching the DZ
4) The Maquisards are ready fo reception (this is the new Traction lighted by Steve, it's not the final one)

7) On my way back home, I've been intercepted by a nasty Me110. I dived as low as possible and managed to escaped, he radar was not able to catch be at a so low altitude.
