Piglet's Porter...

USAF SPEC OPS

bc1.jpg

Any chance someone can do a USAF Special Ops version?

I came across a black one in the desert a few years back. I'd guess it was Army SOAR, but not sure.

P.S. I used to work for a company that modified the Porter in the pic above. I'm not sure what was involved though.

Just another "Thanks" Tim,I have quite a few of your birds and enjoy them all, this one is especially nice as bush is what I love to do most. The Porter and FTX's PNW where made for each other!:applause:

Beautiful Job Larry, I'll be on that as soon as it's available. . . .also. . .good luck with your next venture, at least there are plenty of photos, lol.

Hey Larry ...... I painted my Porter in the Bunter Fredi scheme, and it is not that hard to do. Just take your time. The hardest part were the wings. The side is actually pretty easy. Good luck!

Thanks Don, looks like you did a pretty good job on her and on the correct version too. ;)

Slowly, slowly is the way forward on that paint I think. The hardest part will be matching up all the joints between the various faces as Piglet's model has some bad 'pixel pulling' in some areas.

Thanks for the nice repaint Larry! And good luck with the Austrian one. I have the feeling you will need it!

Cheers,
Huub
