I now have 3 Vulcans pre-order but want only one. Do you think david can cancel my order? I dont want to have to pay extra. I was stupid by pressing the submit button 3 times to try and make the store limit notice go away :(

Bloody hell!

What a way to wake up... 14 pages of unprocessed orders on the store! lol. and god knows what my e-mail and support tickets look like.. I'm to scared to look.

Due to the absolutely fantastic way the sale's been received, we have hit our sales cap for the month. I've just come off the phone from Paymate and they have agreed to increase our sales limit for the month which means the sale will continue!

Karen and I must thank you all for your fantastic support of our sale to date, and who knows, maybe this will see a new pricing structure down the road.. :)

Due to the inconvinience caused by this issue, we'll be extending the 5 dollar sale to give people who've been unable to purchase, the chance to do so.

The store will remain closed for new orders for the time being whilst I clear up the unprocessed orders. Once the store is back open for business, I'll email all our customers to inform them.

I bought the A-10 and the DA-40 early this morning with no problem. I downloaded the A-10 but had to go to work, so I haven't downloaded the DA-40 yet. Can't get back into the store now, but I suspect it'll be there to download at some point. And the A-10 will keep me busy till then.

Thanks for the great sale and don't feel bad, other developers have had the same issues when they had a big sale. It'll all work out in the long run.

Reckon he won't be selling gaudy Christmas trees on the market street to get bread and cheese for his dinner.
Certainly is mighty fine of him to let us have a break on buying as some of us, at least me, aren't rolling in dough which reminds me to put the risen whole wheat dough in the loaf pan for final proofing.

As David writes, about pages of data to work on, it will be a long day all-round.

David I understand you are very busy, but will you be able to cancel my (stupid) excess orders? Please? I have submitted a support ticket, PM me if you need details.

BTW - The A-10 is a huge amount of fun!
 
David,Thank You!! Will the duplicate order problem do to the store unable to process payment be cleared up aswell? I presently have 4 orders in prepayment for the same products.

1. Remove duplicate orders and store issues.
2. Answer support tickets
3. Answer e-mails
4. Answer PM's

In that order.. :)

Thanks very much for this great offer. I attempted to buy 6 of the aircraft just now and also ran into the prepayment issue. I decided to use Paypal as it worked well the other day when I purchased the Diamond DA-40. I know you have your hands full right now and will patiently await the download links. Paypal payment has been made.

David, does that mean if i have pre-pay orders I should goand purchase the product again and ignore those other prepay orders?

I had the same happen to me. To resolve, delete internet cache and history, close browser and try again. It worked in my case
