I was marking a tree on RWY centerline, "avoid me" marker. World appeared a bit different in FS9 than in that map.

LOL....the FSX airport is actually between the two P's and MD but I floated and floated and floated down the runway until the only option I had left was to whack the throttles forward and get the heck out of Dodge for a go around!....Got her straight and level and then did an AP 180 and came back in the other way.

Not pretty (again) but down safe eventually.
