I'll just add one minor (major) thing. I bet that pictures don't do this model justice in the LOD of the models which is evident in the sim. Very exciting! :applause:

I do not recall the variants flown by the RAN but the paint kits fo rth e C1A, S2F-3 and E-1B are available or will be in a couple days.

It looks like it's based on a -3 so I'll try to paint one up.
 
Guage Backlighting Question

Does anyone know what the night time gauge backlighting color was actually?

I using a light gray here for a whitish effect. Just curious if it was red or white or tan-ish ...
 
Truthfully, I don't remember - but when in doubt, I would go for red. The Navy had a concern for protecting your night vision. Bill
 
I put out pre-beta releases to team members to catch the (not so) obvious oversights and hope to work through this in a few days, then a broader beta will be issued.

Next up will be the CDF series followed by the S2Turbo once I receive those textures.

Okay, I will look for other opinions but will plan an option to have both so folks can swap them in/out as desired.

Red Nite Lights Option

Okay, completed a high quality set ... to include lettering as well as gauges.

Yes, I will have two folders, a white set and a red set. Just copy paste the contents to the texture folder to restore either color.
