HU: Scooter

Question, are the wings & intakes visible from the VC? Having sat in a couple of A-4's in the past, those externals are visible on the actual bird.

I sent them an email begging them to not use the large missles they show on the inboard pylons of the one screenshot. They were hardly ever used.

I jst don't get why these companies that do "modern" jet fighters go for the odd load outs and not the more common ones. All I want is an A-4 with a centerline tank, or one with two wing tanks, or one with all three wing tanks.....correctly shaped and sized. very simple.......:a1451:

I also have to check but it looks like they have Bullpups mounted to Shrike pylons.

Did you get a response? I would expect a state of the art FSX model to have one of these features:

1) loadout panel (like RAZBAM A-7, Vertigo F9F Panther)
2) simple loadout on/off switch (like the jettison stores switch in the Virtavia F-111)
3) loadouts can be customized by adjusting the station weights in the FSX Payload screen (like freeware UKMIL Buccaneer)

no repsonse at all.......still waiting
And you probably won't get one. If you want to get word to Virtavia quickly say it here and/or PM Mal998 or myself. We can get the message delivered and we will get a response. We're the eyes and the ears so to speak.

I personally like the third option. That way any version can carry any load or not, even those rare loads.

Very nice screen! You guys even have the launching sling modeled. Is the bird way far off? Looks like it is pretty well on its way to done. Great looking bird though, and look forward to adding it to my hangar.

Mal:cool: , I recon i could scoot along in that:running:<input id="gwProxy" type="hidden"><!--Session data--><input jscode="leoInternalChangeDone()" onclick="if(typeof(jsCall)=='function'){jsCall();}else{setTimeout('jsCall()',500);}" id="jsProxy" type="hidden">

Nice looking model, but of course I'm going to ask you about seeing the wings and inlets from the VC view. Are there external structures inluded in the VC model?

MAL...I did exchange and email with VIRTAVIA and made some suggestions...could you pass along that the pods on the inner pylon in the second shot here hardly ever flew like that? They appear to be rocket pods with the end protectors on them. I think it would be much more realisitc if this is going to be modeled if they were off and showing the rocket pod ends. the fuel tanks look perfect..and the overall model looks much more realistic than any other offering out there....I'm hoping for a model with just the wing tanks and all pylons, and a nother with just the enterline tank and all pylons.....normmal training flight load outs.
