Su-25 project found on simviation

I was researching the Sukhoi Su-25UTG used by the russian navy, when i searched Su-25 on simviation and found an unfinished project of a Su-25 done by Kotaro Akikawa for FSDS.

I know that Kazunori Ito did a Su-25 package that has a Su-25UTG... but it doesnt have the folding wings or a working tailhook.

Is anybody interested on working on that unfinished project?
