Milton Shupe Staff Contributor Staff member Nov 5, 2012 #2 Limited in the FS9 sim to 1024 on exterior model. You can use use larger textures for the VC panels. Of course for painting you can use whatever size you wish in powers of 2 and reduce them for the sim. I usually make my texture templates at 2048 or 4096 if requested. That way they can be kept larger for FSX if desired.
