did you have a look at Frank Safranek's site www.mirage4fs.com?
If you can't find any repaint there I'm afraid you won't be able to find anywhere else...

Hi, as far as I know there are no repaints for this plane. I was also hoping we could get some French repaints for the early model Mirage III to make a good thing even better.

Yes, that would be nice. The bare metal he did for the "early" IIIS would be a good start for some French, IAF, and SAAF schemes. He did a nice job of shaping the model and it has a good "black" cockpit.
