My Wish For FS9

Id really like to see a decent F-35 for FS9 I know IRIS have a freeware one but thats the X-35. Wouldnt it be possible for Kaz Ito to adapt his for FS9.

For reasons of complexity, along with much else, most designers are building for 'The Dark Side' these days. Ito-san included.

Mr Ito is, and has been struggling with degenerating eyesight for the past few years, which is why he's not as prolific in releasing models as he once was.TtfnPete

Sad but true.... I have Dino's F-35B, Piglets Skyraider, and the Flying Stations Westland Wyvern <-- (Strange little plane) installed in FSX, they are all excellent flyers and are all beautifully crafted. They are also all freeware. I don't fly FSX much tho.

I have soooo much for FS9, scenery, aircraft, tweaks here and there that make that sim look absolutely stunning. But most of the real talent has chosen to move towards the "Dark Side", so FS9 seems to have been left behind, as it were. The proof is in this forum... sadly.

It seems that people want more and more 'realism/complexity' in their simming experiences, and there's an upper limit.
That limit is much higher on the Dark Side, which is why designers are now starting to migrate to P3D.

I don't mind realism in my GA, but I have absolutely no desire to sit for an hour programming an FMC. The farthest I'll go in setting up a tube is figuring out how much fuel to start with in order to arrive under max landing weight.

My GA time is split between flying with the AP slaved to the GPS and just using GPS for backup while I use VOR's to get from point to point.
