It is now available, since last March :) There is a FS9 and FSX version under my name.

This is the FS9/FSX portover version. As I recall the FSX version has FSX native textures and cannot run in FS9.

Oh, okay.. missed it! :)

Perhaps the committee should be notified, in attempts to get it on the white-list. Looks like the range might be a bit better now?

They are aware I suspect. Rob (SrGalahad) asked last week about it, and he has the link.

The flight model was not changed except to lessen the p-factor a bit on takeoff and correct suspension issues.
Changes were documented in the readme.txt
 
Ran out of fuel (forgot my external tanks), could not quite make land, hit the drink.
