FSX Screenshots Here!!

Who AI Wessex did you use? I'd love to add that to my "Invincible" group

I flew the Wilco FRS.1 last night as well. :costumed-smiley-071

A couple from today..

Unfortunately, the last one shows the poor shape of the SSW AV8's canopy:(

That's the crux we have to live with: Wilco Harrier: Front wheel much too small, Razbam Harrier poor VTOL sound, SSW Harrier dark cockpit glass and fin too small, but each model has its own right to exist :very_drunk:

Nice to see some more Harrier action. Good shots of the SSW bird, Dave. I always wondered about that one. Never was a fan of the FA2. and newer generation birds, so it's not a model that's my cup of tea - but to hear of its better flight model .... hmmm. I certainly regret buying the Razbam models - for how little I fly them, it's not been worth it. Since you have them all, have you considered integrating SSW .air file and mashing it somehow into the Razbam model? Or is there too much funky coding to make that work?

Interesting to see you got the CV-21 Boxer. Is that as a stand-in for an LHA type of boat? I'm assuming you know of the AJ Webber / FSAddon LHA here at SOH, right? It's a very nice companion to the American Harriers ... just in case you didn't know (though what's the chances a Navy guy like you doesn't know every vessel ever released for FSX ... :dizzy:)

cheers! :ernaehrung004:

The best I can do is have one Spit with my initials on and the other with an added Z:biggrin-new:

DL..
Yes.. I have that model but (believe it or not).. I've yet to send her down the slipway:eek: Must go and rectify that now.
I've not tried integrating the Razbam model with anything though I'm sure someone here has tried it. I don't think the end results were a failure either.

Can't stay behind... Well, my name isn't doing bad in (Dutch) military aviation...

F86K.png

This is the F-86K fighter, which has served our Airforce. We don't exactly know why, but this fighter got the nickname 'Kaasjager', which means literally 'Cheesehunter'. The word 'jager' could also refer to 'fighter'.

Now, a lot of Dutch aviation fans don't believe it, but my family name is Kaasjager :D

Stop pottering about with gardens shears :p87: ... and get on that LHA - I think you'll like it. The flight deck textures remind me a bit of freshly tarred roadway - could be a bit more grey, again, purely my opinion - but the rest of the texturing is superb, good details. For USMC VSTOL flying, it's my vessel of choice.

Nice shots of the F-86K, there DCB!! Assuming that's Ito's D, right? (I love your forum name, btw, and as an ardent cheese lover, I've always meant to say that!!) Every time I see your avatar, I think "aahh, what would I give for a D or K Sabre ... The day someone decides to make even just the external model - one that would use the Milviz F-86 VC even (though admittedly a very different cockpit) would be a very happy day indeed!

As far as my impression goes, Ito's model isn't really complex, so converting it with MCX might just do.
