@noddy you really are a screenshot machine! (that's a compliment by the way!)

Question, do you still have 2020 on your rig?

Priller,

Many thanks and glad you like the shots.

Yes, still have 2020 on the HD and will be for sometime I guess until the issues on 24 together with updated planes / scenery start to roll through.

Anyone know who developed the Albatross? It's stunning.

The Abatross was done by solo developer, Mike Johnson (also known as "Lotus"). He has also been very responsive with feedback on the MSFS forum, along with previewing updates that he has been working on, including a radome nose variant which will be available in a future update: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/grumman-albatross-hu-16-g111-thread/667391/155

He also did the Savoia-Marchetti S.55 for MSFS 2020.

Virtavia A-4 Skyhawk looks good, flies nice. My first flight in this jet, never tried it in 2020. Take-off was good until liftoff, because I let the camera get in the jet wash. Was quickly controllable. Trimming was not real smooth, but flight and landing was.

And the fantastic L39 Albatross for FSX...

@dvj those shots are works of art, paintings really! Brilliant stuff!

I could feel myself going "zen" when looking at them. And believe me, zen is not my normal state of mind!

Hawaii Mars on a cool crisp morning on Sproat Lake.

In real world news the Philippine Mars took off today on her final journey, but experienced an engine issue and had to return. Her final resting place will be on display at the Pima Air Museum after her short farwell tour in SF and San Diego, Ca. Would be a great local legend aircraft. bandicam 2024-12-11 19-39-25-444.jpg
