Acwai Hurricane Burma Skinpack 2 for CFS2 by UncleTgt
This is a collection of repaints for the Hurricane models made by Acwai for CFS 2. They depict aircraft used by the RAF in Burma & the CBI. This pack focusses particularly on aircraft flown by Jimmy Whalen. These repaints are meant to be used with the Hurricane Trop mods for AcWai's Hurricanes that I uploaded recently.
The textures are:
Hurricane mkIIB trop
BG827 RS-W MkIIB trop of 30 sqn RAF, operating from Mingaladon, Ceylon, Febuary 1942. Piloted by F/Lt Jimmy Whalen. Often depicted in Desert camouflage, better photos & information has since come to light showing this was most likely finished in the standard Dark Green/ Dark Earth finish for aircraft operating in the Far East.
Hurricane mkIIC trop
HW840 S MkIIC trop of 34 sqn RAF, & operating from Dergaon, India, during April 1944. Pilot was F/Lt Jimmy H Whalen.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
