This package contains alternative textures for Dave Garwood beautiful DeHavilland DH89 Dragon Rapide. It shows his model in the colors from the DH89B Dominie NR796 1316 (Dutch) Flight RAF. This unit started its operation in July 1944 and flew regular flights between the UK and the liberated part of Europe. This aircraft flew regular flights between RAF Hendon and the liberated south part of the Netherlands.
After the war this aircraft became part of the new Royal Netherlands Air Force and was re-numbered V-2. I have also repainted the pilot and passengers to give them a more military look.
I want to thank Dave Garwood for this beautiful model. And Martin Wright for his simple but indispensable graphic tools, as without his dtx1 bitmap manipulator these textures simply wouldn't be there.
