This is a repaint for the beautiful Messerschmitt Bf108 Taifun model by Guenther Kraemer. You can find this model at simviation.com. The repaint shows the Bf108 used by JG53 in 1940, during the Battle for France.
When you want to fly this repaint with a more authentic panel I can recommend the vintage panel by Steffen Moessner, which incuded in his very nice D-IOIO repaint for this Bf108 (available at simviation.com as well), or with one of the 2D panels done by Michael Vader.
