This package contains alternative textures for the Lisunov Il-2 by drstalker80, Igan, Andrucio, A. Belov, Kazachok. This model can be found at avsimrus.com ( https://www.avsimrus.com/f/fs2004-a...iy-samolet-lisunov-li-2-versii-1-5-74072.html ).
It shows the Lisunov Li-2 HA-LIO.
The Lisunov Li-2 HA-LIO was one on the nearly 5,000 Russian aircraft build under DC-3 licence. After service with the 'Hungarian Soviet Air Transport Society' the military predecessor of the Hungarian airline Malev, the aircraft was tranferred to the civil airline. This repaint is based on the decal set by HAD-models and the Lisunov Li-2T HA-LIQ, which is on dispay in the Aeropark in Budapest, when this aircraft still had its original paintscheme. The aircraft had a standard MALEV paintscheme, however the banner above the windows was longer. In my opinion this longer banner adds to the looks of the aircraft.
I want to thank drstalker80, Igan, Andrucio, A. Belov, Kazachok for this interesting model and making it available for us less talented. I want to thank the members, and in particulal Michael 'Papi' Vader, in the FS2004 forum at Sim-Outhouse or their kind and encouraging words. And finally I want to thank Martin Wright for his graphic tools which were used intensively to convert these textures.
Michael 'Papi' Vader made a more modern version of the instrument panels. This package is availabe at the Sim-Outhouse as well.
Enjoy,
