De Havilland Mosquito NF Mk XIII
The Mosquito NF Mk XIII was the Canadian-built equivalent of the RAF Mosquito NF Mk XII night
fighter. It combined the AI Mk VIII radar installation of the NF XII with Canadian production by de
Havilland Canada.
In operational service the NF XIII was virtually identical to the NF XII, sharing the same armament,
radar equipment, and performance characteristics. The type served with RAF and Commonwealth
night fighter squadrons during 1944 and 1945.
This CFS3 aircraft is based on the Mosquito NF Mk XII and is intended to represent a
Canadian-built NF Mk XIII. To distinguish it from the NF XII version in-game, the aircraft code has
been changed to VY-P.
