Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated Tom Clayton has offered to post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Trucial States 1961 V2 By Al Von Pingel, Ian Elliot and Kalle Busse

This is number 2 our serious of RAF bases in the Near and Middle East Commands.

Welcome to version 2 of the original Trucial States by Juan Martinez / Julius Czarnecki. The original release was primarily aimed at the civil side and designed to use with the CalClasic Retro environment and traffic. Juan as given us his kind permission to enhance two important RAF bases contained in their excellent original release to better fit in with our larger project of the RAF Middle East and Near East commands in 1962. All new RAF traffic is provided with this release covering all types of aircraft present or transiting via these two bases (RAF Muharraq (Bahrain / OBBI) and RAF Sharjah (Trucial States / OMSJ). RAF Khromaksar, the first in this serious and found here, is a required install to use this scenery effectively. Khormaskar provides a lot of traffic (and required aircraft) to these two bases as our next release Cyprus 1962 V2 will also from the RAF bases Akrotiri and Nicosia.
