Yes, one's just been 'inserted' into the kit for HD conversion about 30 minutes ago...that one's sister....3H-FK ..;)

Edit ....this is the one...on the go...will need to up the gloss and the spec to match that photo.

Upped the alpha and the spec ...still not quite right. Still finding detail improvements....;)

Edit.... did the alphas and spec again and I think it's about right...same as the photo [when you get the sun angle right]

Beautiful!!! Only a little detail : the crew helmets should be NATO grey (IMHO) : in a camo bird , white are too much visible ( if it is possible !!!) Thank you Mr. JAFO

The pilots are just the 'common' file version. Before it's ready for uploading I'll need to change such details...and drop tanks, etc...;)

Looking more closely at the 'blackout' panel on the Austrian ones it's clear the original was the 'easy way out' and only on the top section in the original kit. It needs also to be on the sides...so they have to align. The bottom edge is parallel to the canopy bottom....and essentially inline.

So I've redone it [again]....

Back from the World Superbikes....and back into the PC-7.
Doing the tanks in 'HD' [double res] .... but still some more texts to hunt down...;)

The RAAF uses PC-9s ....but here's the 7 as a Roulette ....on the go...;)

Edit ....getting there slowly...

Time to knock out some bumps....
I've never done much with bump mapping...but I 'might' be getting the hang of it...;)

It's the Chilean AF shark mouth....so here's one on the go. Texture mapping under the nose makes teeth a chore...;)

Getting the metal finish to work....

Not all that bad with the bumps for panel lines, rivets, etc...;)
