A Lockheed "Rounder"

Hi Milton,

After all this work, when are you going on vacation again? I'm sure you need and surely deserve an extra break after this Lodestar v1.2 job. ;)

Cheers,
Maarten

Ah, no problem Maarten. Vacations are taxing; I prefer to be at home working. :)

I have all the changes made now, those listed above and several requested by Raphael (the only person who requested changes).

Testing the changes now but need to make a few more adjustments.

Tom Burnside has a problem with his Harpoon showing up in FS9 (per a PM).

This is what your Harpoon folder should look like Tom minus the AI model, Effects, and Harpoon Screens.

Hi Marty (Ferondoe),

Just downloaded your C-60A Goodtime Gal livery. Fabulous! Thank you very much!

Cheers,
Maarten

Made a little spin with ferendoe's "Goodtime Gal" C-60A. Although his repaint has been made for the FSX Lodestar, with the help of Martin Wright's DXTBmp programme it was easy to convert the dds files into 32 bit files for the FS2004 Lodestar.
Here "Goodtime Gal" flies over her home base West Houston, Texas. Scenery is FS2004 Ultimate Terrain USA.

Cheers,
Maarten

The PV-1 is in the paint booth with the exterior completed. There's a few things yet to be done in the nose section of the interior. Firekitten will be providing a paint kit along with whatever textures she decides on.

Hi there,

Since all of a sudden I am encountering problems uploading repaints at Sim-Outhouse, I am not able (yet) to release my repaint of the KLM C-60A Lodestar PJ-AKB via SOH's warbirds library.

The repaint is currently available at FlightSim.com (lodestar_klm_pj-akb.zip) only.

Cheers,
Maarten

Hi there,

Lo and behold: the PJ-AKB repaint has been admitted at both SOH Warbirds Library and AvSim.com today. Enjoy!

Cheers,
Maarten

Thank you Maarten :jump: Now I have brother and sister.

You're welcome, Milton. If you compare the planes closely you'll see some difference in the painting of the registrations on the fuselage (apart from the A's and B's). It wasn't a standard job those days. ;)

At the moment I am adapting my Royal Netherlands Navy and Portuguese Air Force repaints for the definitive PV-2 Harpoon. They should be available during the weekend.

Cheers,
Maarten
