A2A P-40 Warhawk (accu) now released (payware)

Hey whats wrong with the landing gear? Hitting G does nothing. Same for all the flappers.
You didn't **** thats what.
Did someone earlier say stupid contest?
I win.
:kilroy:
Another winner for Scott and the gang at A2A.

BTW thanks for the discount for having the old WOP P 40 even though I just don't have the heart to delete her.

I loaded the old one onto my pc ready yesterday. ihave no removed it to avoid getting confused with repaints later on.

I had the same exact problem with the gears. Takeoff, gears up... gears up.... ok, external view.... ooooohhh the beautifull gears... ooohh they swing with the aircraft movments... ooooh how do I land now ? :icon_lol:
I maintained the plane in flight, I really didn't want to mess the first one, that was the challenge. I guessed about a missing hydrolic pump somewhere, so I started looking around the cockpit for something I could have forgotten (I started it like the P-47, more or less, so I thought I missed a step). Finally found the little button on the stick :bump:
Funny how fast I forgot about that A2A video that was precisely showing how this button should be used, isn't it ? :icon_lol:

PS: and no, I haven't **** yet. :p

A button! I have been cranking em down with the wobble pump. LOL
First flight out not so hot got busy putting her through her paces and got lost after leaving Barakoma, first stip I found was Japanese had to haul butt out of there.
Now the feul is running low so unless I find a strip in the next 25 minutes dropping gear won't be a problem.
Swiming will be.

I just wanted to chime in to recommend A2A's customer support. I had a download problem (my own fault) which Lewis promptly fixed. :applause:

The manuals are super informative...

... and the bird is a dream!

PS: :icon_lol: very clever way to work around the server overload...

Good to see you guys are enjoying her! Sucks to see there will be no warning of release in the future though for the P-51. Luckily I got called in to work this morning, and doing some testing now on another aircraft. So looks like with the server issues (was not surprised since me and a ton of other people were lying in wait :icon_lol: ) I will just get it tomorrow morning. Look forward to flying it, and glad to see everyone that has it so far is enjoying it.

I'm loving it!
I love how the instrument panel shakes, and I love the sounds too, especially in tower view for some reason.

Great job, Scott!

Great to see the late Neville Duke's Tomahawk in the pack, I had the honour in 2004 of 'teaching' him how to fly a Hunter in FS9! He said it was harder than the real thing!
