A2A Simulations Update 22/03/09

Looks great :applause:

But nevertheless I hope that the Piper will be the next A2A release :mixedsmi:

Greetings

:rapture::faint: A2A Corsair! (Jaw drops, left speechless)

Not quite...

I've got mixed feelings about the corsair. I'd be much more enthusiastic if it WERE an A2A Corsair.

Hopefully Lewis can provide some more information regarding Accusim and A2A's involvement in the project.

I also hope that the Cub is next. It would be nice to see the F-4 coming s**n too ;D

what i'm gonna guess judgeing by screenshots and compexity of the planes:

cub
corsair
190
p51
whatever else they have tucked up their sleves

Yes - at the moment it does not look like an A2A product.

Well, we've been drooling over it since MilViz started teasing us, and even if it's not Accusim'd, I'm pretty sure A2A will make sure it's a quality product. I'm still excited. :friday:

What do you do if you want all of them!!! :faint:

My wife is going to devorce me. :help:

"Hi my name is SirBenn21 and I'm a A2A addict!" :d

Lewis I hope you guys are going to put a Accusim pack together.

Ben

Liking the Corsair a great deal but the FW-190 will have to be more than some chipped paint in vc to equal the Classics Hangar A1 to A4. Yes I am biased to the CH 190 as a beta tester but if the flight model means anything, along with some of the finest gauges ever modelled then A2A will have some serious work to do.

I keep coming back to this thread JUST to look at the corsair images,................. IS IT DONE YET?! :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

Granted we only have VC shots to go off of, the CH 190's VC just looks more, well, believable to me, plus i LOVE the flight model, and if they plan on doing all the variants id rather keep my 190s consistent with one developer. However, I will be in line for the corsair and the mustang, and even though i really dont do too much civil flying, i might check out the cub

Me too! I must have looked at it 20 times today. Baa Baa Black Sheep was my favorite tv show when I was a kid, and the Corsair is my favorite warbird so I'm definitely looking forward to this one.

That's looking great! One thing I'm not sure about is the distance of the cylinders to the opening, seems that the engine is way far back. I'll check my books (have more than 20+ books on the Corsair!), if you need anything (reference) give me a holler.

Jose.

I agree, it does look kinda pushed back a bit. I just finished looking at a bunch of Corsair pics on airliners.net and haven't seen any that recessed that far back.

Furthermore the prop hub seems way huge.

F4u Corsair is coming for FSX
We will be publishing the Milviz F4u Corsair.
We had been planning to create this Navy aircraft for a while now but just as it reached the top of the list, it seemed everyone else was developing one and so it fell back down the list. We look forward to finally having the Navy’s ultimate bird in our hanger.

Nice, but that centerline drop tank is way too far aft. The forward attachment point appears to be located where the aft attachment point was located on the real F4U-1A/C/D. Definitely not what we would expect from A2A these days.

just rember that the corsair wasnt built from scratch by a2a themselves, Milvis did the model, i'm not sure weather or not a2a are going to give the model to ROB to play with then stick accusim in it, or if there just publishing it like flight1, just flight, aerosoft does with their many products. :engel016:
