Is now up....I do believe this is the full aircraft as it is now a 308mb file. downloading as I type!!! :jump::applause:
 
Thanks for the heads up. No announcement on their forum. I had to go into my account and check the downloads for the new version.
 
Just posted a topic asking that question. I am probably mistaken, but I just assumed it was going to be part of the update.
 
There is a package for people who bought it thru simmarket.com called AS_BRONCO-X_PAINTKITS.zip together with this new patch. I think it will be available in other places soon. :salute:
 
Wow, odd, you would think that one would be able to get the paint kit from Aerosoft directly with the update 1st, as apposed to having being able to get it from a 3rd party source. Still what a great aircraft to fly

Brilliant , even one you can buy after its war tearing use , put a wife in the backseat kids in the trunk with ya fishing poles and fly to your fave spot , hard points kepted to carry your tents and cookers , what more do you need the perfect get away machine :icon_lol:
 
Very nice plane! And the update is awesome but ...
it´s just me or the sound package is really odd? The start/shutdown sounds has abrupt changes that do not correspond to reality of any airplane.

The sound package, by their own admission has it's problems because of the type engines used in the Bronco and FSX's ability both to model those via the FDE and the sounds related to them. I noticed a while ago after landing from a long flight that there was virtually no difference in the sound of the engines from full bore to idle. Every once in a while if I adjusted the prop pitch there was a change, but beyond that, very little. I purchased a sound set that Aaron Swindle made for Tim's OV-10 and I'm tempted to swap them out but I don't think it's that simple. If I remember right, they also did some coding to would turn off certain default sounds to allow for a special sound module they included. That may eliminate just being able to swap sound files.
 
I'm really diggin' the new outside views (trailing, free,.....):jump:. At least I think they're new, can't believe I would've missed em first time around as I'm always jumping outside to admire the view. And, agree the sounds are a little weird but not enough to cancel out all the other great features. This thing is a blast flying in to small strips :applause:.

Having absolutely no luck with the update 1.1 refuses to do anything but stutter to a complete stop after which I have to use the taskmanager to exit then restart FSX.
All other aircraft behave normally but everytime I select the Bronco it freezes up. Am I the only one having this problem?
