Thanks Wells and Jankees for your responses. Your info helped pinpoint the problem.
The solution was to download the zip file again. All textures look good now.

For the repainters, AH help desk just assured me the NORMAL map for the straferfuseA albedo of the gunship model will be included in the next update, as well the suit heater in the cockpit will no longer poke through the strafer nose's exterior.
