AlphaSim FS9 Phantom packs now freeware

OH YEAH!!! Thank you Alphasim/Virtavia for a wonderful gift. I'm not a big military plane guy, but the F-4 is THE fighter of my youth. One of the great disapointments of my life is never having had the opportunity to see the Phantom II being by either The Blur Angels or The Thunderbirds. I got to sit in the cockpit of an Air Force F-4E at the EAFB open house, Arctic Thunder, once. And I even got to fly The EAFB Phantom II simulator once (for about 3 minutes), too. Now I can fly one whenever and wherever I want to. YIPPEE!!! LA

Got Mine! Woot!

Phantoms!

Thanks Alphasim and Virtavia!

Used to love watching them drop the high-drags in I Corps, RVN and full afterburn take offs out of Tague, Korea. It'll be a treat to fly one of this quality in FS 9. Like Obio, I've pretty much worn out my old FS 8/CFS 2 AS Phantom.

Thank you Alphasim/Virtavia for a most generous package!! I'm really looking forward to blasting around the FS9 world in this aircraft.

Regards, Mike Mann

Ascua02, if you want some Spanish RF4C Phantom repaints, check out Antonio Diaz on Flightsim.com and there are three repaints, one of which is quite colourfull.

Regards Paul Day.

Thank you Virtavia/Alphasim! Took over three hours to download but I've a feeling it's worth it! :ernae:
Just wondering if anyone did a VF-84 'Jolly Rogers' paint, or a VX-4 'Black Bunnies' paint for the Alpha Phantoms? I had models of both back in my childhood. I've seen these paints on other Phantoms (Ito's F-4 comes to mind) but so far no joy on the Usual Suspect sites (Flightsim, Simviation, et cetera)

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. :jump:

Much appreciated gift! :applause:
Thanks to Virtavia for this generosity! :salute:

Let's see if I could add any iron-crossed camo paint... :jump:

Cheers,
Markus.

Thank You Virtavia and Alphasim,
I am not a huge fan of the Jet-A burning warbirds in general, but the USAF and Lufwaffe F4s that rattled my childhood home in Germany nearly off it's foundation with their low passes are what sparked my passion for flight.
Now I get to go back in time and see what the view was like from their perspective :ernae:

Still no luck installing here; I'm beginning to think maybe it's not W7/64-bits compatible..?
