• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Alphasim release some more as freewares

I've been installing these gems one-by-one and having all kinds of fun. :jump:

I'm currently flying the Mariner, and am not able to get any prop animations. Not sure why.

All the textures are there, and I've added the prop_anim_ration= to the aircraft.cfg file, but all I get are flat disks. :salute:

Anyone getting the same? Know of any replacement props??

Strange ..
I added nothing (texture or change in aircraft.cfg) and I have animated props.
Maybe not the niciest .. but it's certainly not a flat disk.
 
Just wonderin' if anyone is using a different set of prop text's for the ALPHA Martin Mariner, or where some may be found. The model is a real "beaut" otherwise, and it flies like a "tank" with wings... as I would expect it to.

Can somebody please send me the complete Panel for this Bird?

Is it not possible to use Ted Cooks?
BTW The link is dead from the Alphasim site to d/l this and the CFS2 model. Anyone know where to get it from?

edit - found at Simviation - still no panel though.
 
Give me a couple days and I will have a nice panel set put together for the Whitley.

Yes, there will be working gauges in the VC. Some time ago, I did up a panel set for the CFS2 AS Whitley....the VC gauges are mostly there...but not placed very well. I will take this package, tweak it with better gauges, better and more accurate placements and add in all the FS9 bells and whistles that I can.

I will even work to keep the working bomb site view.
