19. Take Off
Prop torque will tend to turn the aircraft to the right (remember prop spins
opposite to most other aircraft) so a bit of left rudder may required to
keep aircraft straight.

I have been too busy on the snow and in FS9, first plane, eh. Incredible! :ernae::applause:

Got the Paint Kit too, sweet. Now to fly before I go back out on the snow this evening during the big moon.

I finally got some time to spend in this plane today, and I've just got to say 'amazing!!'. It flies great, it looks great, and man is it fun! Thanks again for this great plane, I'm enjoying it tremendously. :)

I'm enjoying this one so much, I thought I'd have a go at repainting it. Painting of any kind isn't a strong point with me, so I don't know how this will come out, but so far using the excellent paint kit supplied I have this

There's lots of detail missing, the red edging around every surface for example and the nose needs quite a bit more doing.

Does anyone know what the font for the registration is, it's very square and appears both sides, top and bottom?
 
I've been enjoying this plane very much... a fantastic effort and gift! I haven't done a lot of painting lately but this has gotten me back into it. There is still a little work left to do...

Anthony... Great aircraft and great paint kit, very easy to use.

No idea what that font is, but that paint is coming along beautifully. That's definitely one I'm going to want to add to my hangar when you're finished with it. Looks great. :)

@anatolpopov . Did they make Tiger Moths with floats? Don't know myself. Either way I have no planes to make a floater. Sorry.

My vintage flying skills have really rusted. I've probably become accustomed in high powered airplanes and I've already stalled and crashed this twice:icon_lol::icon_lol:. But it's great fun to fly:ernae:

Downloaded, installed and tested last night. What an absolute bloody awesome plane! An FSX milestone I reckon! :ernae:
 
Ant, I finally got some time with your Tiger Moth today. Let me say none of the accolades stated here are overstatements, this is the first airplane that has performed this well and looked so good in FSX on my system in a long time, that I had to take a dedicated flight. I had the privilidge of flying in a Tiger Moth owned by Rev. A. Paul Wilson, who flew out of the Flying Circus Aerodrome in Bealton, VA. Its US registration is N-8232, I shall begin a repaint once I locate my prints using that excellent Paint Kit provided. :ernae:

This is better than much of the payware aircraft I have for FSX and that is no bull hockey.

Hello Anthony,

Thank you very much for the wonderful Tiger Moth model. The airplane is pleasant to fly. Flying in the Tiger Moth model I can understand why the plane was so succesful in training beginers pilot.
