AT-11 Beta This Week

Senor Radice does such great liveries! Mike :wiggle:

He does in fact bring more life to our products, but his value as a team member goes far beyond that. His ideas, recommendations, spirit, and enthusiasm push us to even better models and variants. He is a valued person in the community and an inspiration to many. He is truly a pleasure to work with.

The package is complete except for a few gauge changes that will hold it up. We do hope to get her out over the holidays.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Bummer on the hold-up.. Was so looking forward to getting the AT-11 in USAAF (WWII era) Livery so I could be buzzing the air fields and control towers of west Texas on Christmas Day ;-}
It will be all the more sweeter when it does come out.
In addition to a LOT of other days & months, My Dad flew the AT-11 on Dec 1,2,6,14,15,16,17,18, 19,20,21,22, and 29th, 1943 for a total of Thirty-One Hours, Forty-One Minutes that month ;-} He had a LOT of time in the AT-11!
Happy Holidays to Milton, his team and all the guys on SOH.

..that I will be checking this thread and the download section first thing in the morning before I look under the Christmas tree. :santahat::santahat::santahat:

It's 5:58AM here in Atlantic Canada, and what is Gig doing... Checking on for the AT11 before even lookin at the tree/presents...lol I know good things come to those who wait, I like good so I am happy to wait.

It will be ready when it is ready and Gig knows it will be good - and worth the wait :)

I know it's not much consolation to you Mike but I've had the beta for a while now and believe me it's well worth the wait.

And, there is a reason he has the beta ... he has developed excellent scenery of the 1942-1945 Hobbs Army Air Base B-17 Training facility along with our project. Look for its release around the same time of the AT-11 release. :applause:

He can tell you more about it right here if he chooses. :jump:

Here are some peeks. :wiggle:

Having been 'outed' by Milton I created a thread about Hobbs AAF Base which can be found here...

The thread is in the FSX forum as I created the airfield for FSX use (sorry FS9ers!)

Tako-San;
Great pictures, but not for FS9? Dang! (Git a Rope!) I guess I'll have to install that DVD Set of FSX I've had for a couple of years, now that there is some really great WWII Era Scenery for it.. And I guess I'll put Milton's AT-11 in FSX. as well.. Sadly, my WOP B-17 is in FS9.. An excuse to get the A2A FSX B-17 with Accusim.. maybe? Ya think I can convince "SWMBO" with this dilemma?
Well, for all your hard work.. Domo Arigato!

Wellllll, hoped to get this out over the holidays but Scott was down sick with the flu the whole time and is just now coming out of it. Haven't heard from him in a few days but he was working on finishing the gauge updates then. The rest of the package is ready.

Another issue is that the release will likely be without the paint kit initially as Damian has been sidelined for awhile. But, good things come to those who wait. :jump:

Thanks for the update, Milton. However long it takes, like a fine wine, we know it won't be ready before it's time! :icon_lol:

Really looking forward to it. :salute:

Hi Milton,
Just wanted to wish you and the team a happy new year.
Thanks for all the great planes, I too am looking forward to the AT-11.
Got a couple civvie repaints in mind.

Freeware that flies like a dream...what a concept.

Thanks Milton! Back to patiently waiting! LOL!

Well, I appreciate that even more than you know. The team is no longer doing this stuff at a full clip, just as time allows and there's some interest to spur things forward. Some are moving on to other things in life and that is okay, and probably alot more fun. :) If things do not break loose soon, I will release it as it is. The gauge issues are not critical gauges.

..and there's some interest to spur things forward
DURN TOOT'N..:jump:...there's a lot of interest...reading this thread several times a day to determine the status and when it might be released should be a good indication that there is "some interest." I love the beta I've been flying for many weeks, but I am interest to see some of the fixes and skins. Please pass my comments on to your team. And, naturally, thanks for the effort to date.

Oh, well - I'm usually one of those waiting guys.
If there's anything I could do to finish the paint kit or blank templates (whether "abandoned" or not...): Please let me know! :wavey:

Still enough space in the paint hut to get this baby rolling...

Cheers,
Markus.

I see that comment and raise it +1

LOL I meant interest by my team members ... not you guys. You ALWAYS have interest! LOL

As for the paint kit, it is in progress, just cannot be finished for a few weeks yet. But it will come.
