I recently downloaded a very nice model...

Last month, I had the opportunity to bet behind the wheel of one...

Got some vids too...
 
The model flies great. I always wondered though why they never had a 3 bladed prop...I guess their power to weight ratio was good enough to keep a 2 blade...I'd like more power but I realize they really weren't designed for that.
 
The AT-6 is one of my favorite aircraft of all time. It's a very good looking aircraft. And it has a radial engine.....what can be better than that?

I know and its so incredibly throaty in real life...Something about those radials that make them just throaty as a 454 big block with a healthy intake and exhaust system...
 
Exactly, my friend...You know, and I'm sure you do, they do have Mustang flights but at 3 grand for 30 minutes, I'll pass...What a great way to spend a saturday afternoon....Central Florida from 2000 feet...
