A pack of Lucky Strike would need to go with that Zippo. Wasn't that standard issue in WWII??

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

@Javis - no, I understood that the eyebrows were 3D objects. Sorry, my message wasn't clear. I was thinking that a clean/no eyebrows and a worn/no eyebrows version would do the trick and would be easier for you to manage. But it sounds from your reply as though eyebrows on/off is a matter of one click. If so, and if that's in fact easier, then that'd be an equally good (or better) way of providing different wear options - and with lighting variations, too. I'd be fine with that. Actually I'd be fine with anything you've shown so far - the current lighting looks good, too. Really glad to see all this coming together.
And congrats with your 2CV ! ( don't wanna upset you but if it purrs like a kitten there's something wrong, mate

A bit of XML magic for Jan:Tag the eyebrow models with this in 3ds Max and they will appear whenever a repaint's title= line contains "EYEBR". No need for multiple cockpit models and you can call it ad lib from a repaint.
Great idea, Bjoern, thanks !The gauge lighting itself will have to go along as well of course.
This is exactly what Jan has portrait'd .. this is with a 'lot of light to get the detail' .. and dang , done a super fantastic build .. EYEBROWS for me![]()
